The benefits provided to you under this Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
 

Returns Period

We will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange upon return of the products, with proof of purchase.


Adverse reactions to Aesop products

If you have a bad reaction to an S A L T B U S H & C L A Y product or have quality concerns, please contact us right away for help. Check our online Terms of Trade for information on your rights and our responsibilities.

Proof of Purchase and Refunds

You can prove your purchase with a receipt (paper or digital), a bank statement, or through your customer profile if it's recorded. If you have a gift receipt, you can get an exchange or a gift card. If you don't have proof of purchase, we can help you exchange it for other products of equal or higher value from our online store, with any price difference paid by you.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Kits, (Gift-Kits, Duets, Pre-Packaged Bundles)

You can return any of our Kits, but all items must be returned together. Individual products in a Kit can't be refunded or exchanged separately.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, unless the law says otherwise.
